BENJAMIN D. OSGROVE
Ben Osgrove died Aug. 11 after he was hit by a car on Leucadia Boulevard, according to SDJewishWorld.com.
He was 25.
He grew up in Encinitas and was a member of Temple Solel in Encinitas. He was also a founding member of Hillel of North County and attended Cal State San Marcos.
