1937: Jr. High School Boys' Association
There are girls in this photo despite the caption that it is the Boys’ Association.
"The Boys’ Association was organized to promote the general welfare of the boys of the Junior High School.
Regular meetings were held once every three weeks, at which time common problems were handled. These included athletics, horseshoe tournaments, marble tournaments, care of the grounds and equipment, conduct on and off the grounds.
Special events include the Father-Son pot luck supper, at which Reverend M.L. Kain, of San Diego, told a very interesting and inspirational dog story…"
