Eblen is an extremely popular and dedicated community volunteer coach, says one of our San Dieguito parents, basketball and soccer mom Jola Prosceno. Despite his illness, “Bill continues to donate his time and talents to empower our kids to be a team,” says Prosceno. “He is a positive role model.”
