Click the blue link that says "View Original Post" to see the entire article.] San Dieguito teacher Scott Huntley just let us know about about the shortcakes, lemon meringue pies and cheesecakes his Culinary Arts students are making for Mustang Mondays at Mr. Peabody’s tonight; all we can say is you might want to show up early, because they’re free! (Translation: they’ll go fast!)

Mustang Monday’s starts about 5 pm on the first Monday of every month, at Mr. Peabody’s at 136 Encinitas Blvd. in Encinitas. Lots of good food, friendly alumni and fun raffles to boot. When we went last month we saw alumni from the 40s through the 90s, but the majority were 60s and 70s. It’s a fun way to reconnect with old friends.
