SDHS alumna Ariane Price ’92 holds show to benefit Theatre Arts Council

On January 25th, Ariane Price (’92) and her sketch comedy group “Strangely Attractive” presented “The Lingering Smell of High School” in the theater named after Ariane’s SDHS drama teacher Clayton E. Liggett.

The evening of comedic sketches, readings, and improv about High School was the second annual alumni benefit for the school’s Theatre Department.

“The Lingering Smell of High School” contained several insider gags that our alumni attendees appreciated. Ariane is hilarious and had nice words to say about the students who helped put on the show.

The “Strangely Attractive” team included Patty Wortham and Tom Lenk. Photos from this event may be seen on the San Dieguito Alumni site.

Proceeds from the event benefited SDA’s Theatre Arts Council, which funds the technical director for the theatre department and the theatrical resources and supplies for students.
