Six hours from any airport. Kendall worked several jobs to support his family and put his wife Becky through school. He petitioned, raised money, designed, and helped to build a skateboard park in this small community.<\/p>\n<p>His four months free hard laborious work on the park earned him recognition and the City hired him as soon as they had an opening.<\/p>\n<p>Kendall was known throughout the town, some not so favorably as he was still punk and had a band that often blew out speakers in small venues and house parties. JOHNGBLOETS (MARSHALL)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cynthia P. Marshall, 44 CARLSBAD &#8212; Cynthia P. (Jongbloets) Marshall, 44, passed away Monday, December 21, 2010, in Encinitas, Calif.<\/p>\n<p>She was born in San Diego to Albert and Johanna Jongbloets. Cyndy attended San Dieguito High School and SDSU. She was an Asst. Bank Manager at First National Bank of North County for 15 years before becoming disabled. She was actively involved in fund raising for the Multiple Sclerosis Society every year since being diagnosed in 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Cyndy is survived by her husband, whom she married in September of 1997, W. Mike Marshall; two children, Daulton Morgan, 15 and Marissa Marshall, 10, all of Carlsbad. She is also survived by her brother, Roy Jongbloets and parents, Albert and Johanna Jongbloets of Arizona.
