Invited guests were those donors who contributed at the $500 and above level to the SDA Annual Appeal and the Performing Arts Center capital campaign.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Rowe, San Dieguito class of \u201973, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.signonsandiego.com\/news\/metro\/rowe\/index.html\">columnist with the <em>San Diego Union-Tribune<\/em><\/a> and a past President of the National Society of Newspaper Columnists, entertained the audience with stories of his days at San Dieguito, his travels as a Fulbright scholar and reflections about his journalism career.<\/p>\n<p>This was the first in a series of three events designed to invite outstanding alumni back to San Dieguito to share their experiences and career stories.
