If your daughter received clearance for another sport, you must still revisit the clearance website and add Girls Flag Football to the list of sports for her to be cleared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.athleticclearance.com\/\">www.homecampus.com<\/a> and complete the online clearance for the 2026-27 school year (do not use last year\u2019s clearance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a picture of your health insurance card either via email to megan.thompson@sduhsd.net or drop off at the Athletic Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a physical performed by an MD, DO, PA, or NP.
