Fundraising is crucial to keeping the music program operating. \u00a0Throughout the year we participate in a variety of activities that raise funds to support our musicians and promote team-building and closeness within the SDA music community.<\/p>\n

Donations to the Music Council are our primary source of funding for music coaches, to purchase instruments, equipment, and sheet music.<\/p>\n

Join Music Council (Band Boosters)<\/h5>\n

Meetings are held on the second\u00a0Wednesday<\/strong> of the month at 6:15 p.m. in the SDA band room. Please attend a meeting and consider joining our council! Participation is always appreciated.<\/p>\n

Volunteer<\/h5>\n

Each year Music Council coordinates the volunteer efforts of parents who generously provide their time, talents, and energy to support programs and activities in the music department. Please watch for sign up opportunities throughout the year.<\/p>\n

Dine Out on Restaurant Nights<\/h5>\n

Our restaurant fundraisers are scheduled each month, not only to earn money for the band program, but as an opportunity for students and families to connect outside of the school environment. Restaurants will donate to us a percentage of the proceeds during a specified time.<\/p>\n
