Last year, he took on the role of Varsity Assistant Coach for the SDA team, marking the start of my coaching career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a coach, his philosophy centers on achieving balanced athletic and extracurricular goals through modern training methods. Luke is committed to fostering a love for swimming, recognizing its long-term benefits for mental and physical health. She was a<br>lifeguard and swim instructor early in her career. She began her competitive swim experience as a young age group swimmer and swam competitively through high school at Mira Mesa High. She swam with the masters team at UCSB and also at ASU while getting her masters. She enjoyed training and competing in open water swimming including several La Jolla Gatorman races and countless triathlons.
