We are delighted that your athlete has chosen to be part of the SDA Mustang Track and Field Team. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Voluntary donations: <\/strong>This year, the Track and Field program is asking for your support at the level of $250<\/strong> per athlete as a voluntary, non-refundable donation which will support our athletes with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Equipment, tournament fees, awards, photos
\u2022 Uniforms and athlete\u2019s practice shirt
\u2022 Stipends for additional event coaches \u2013 key for having the proper ratio of coach to athletes <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click here<\/strong> (link to come in Jan\/Feb) to donate online. Your contribution may be fully tax-deductible in that no goods or services of significant fair market value were received by you. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transportation for Away Meets<\/strong>: <\/strong>Bus will be available for the teams to take to away meets. It is highly recommended that the athletes take the bus to and from all away meets as this ensures that the athletes arrive on time to the meets and helps foster team bonding with the other athletes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the athlete cannot ride the bus to or from the meet, please let your coach know prior to the meet. Parents can transport their student\/member(s) of immediate household only (no other students permitted in other parents\u2019 car). No forms are required to be submitted, but please communicate transportation arrangements directly with your coach<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students can transport themselves to meets (no other students permitted unless members of the immediate household), if they:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Have a driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Submit a Use of Private Auto Form (see below) to Megan Thompson megan.thompson@sduhsd.net<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Submit a Field Trip Request form (see below) to Megan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
