The SDA Girls Flag Football 2025 Season begins in August!
Tryouts are comign up:
- Monday, August 11th: 9:30 – 12:30 (9-10th graders)
- Monday, August 11th: 10:00 – 12:30 (11-12th graders)
- Tuesday, August 12th 4:00 – 5:30 (ALL GRADES)
*Located at the SDA stadium field
VOLUNTARY DONATION FOR FLAG FOOTBALL PROGRAM
Voluntary donations can be made by clicking the “Donate” link below. This will take you to the SDA Foundation PayPal site for Girls Flag Football. We encourage you to choose to cover the paypal fee otherwise those fees will be taken out of our team funds.
The suggest play donation fee is: $250

ATHLETIC CLEARANCE
ATHLETIC CLEARANCE
Athletes will not be allowed to tryout without a completed athletic clearance.
Please make sure to complete your athlete’s clearance process by July 31, 2025. If your daughter received clearance for another sport, you must still revisit the clearance website and add Girls Flag Football to the list of sports for her to be cleared.
- Go to www.homecampus.com and complete the online clearance for the 2025-26 school year (do not use last year’s clearance).
- Submit a picture of your health insurance card either via email to megan.thompson@sduhsd.net or drop off at the Athletic Office.
- Submit a physical performed by an MD, DO, PA, or NP. The physical must not be older than one calendar year and must include the provider’s signature on this form: download physical form here
- Only the Medical Eligibility Form (page 4) should be returned to the school site.
