Go, Mustangs!
Mustang Memories is on Facebook!- Untitled
- How's this for a circle? Clayton Liggett taught drama at San Dieguito in the Roundabout Theatre. One of his students (Michael Ball, '75) went on to become a drama teacher himself... and in turn inspired student Sean Cox, now the Artistic Director of the Intrepid Shakespeare Company, which just found a home in the Roundabout Theatre!
- A lot is happening this weekend: Classes of 1970 and 2000 are having reunion events tonight and tomorrow... Have a great time, Mustangs! Please let us know how it went!
- The Alumni Association office has moved. We're still in the same building (at the main entrance, take a left at the top of the stairs, look for the third set of doors down) but now we're located between the Athletic Offices and the school nurse.
- Lenny Bobbio ('72) and Mrs. Rose Sleigh came to the campus for a fun visit last week. We toured the campus in an electric cart, which I drove for the first time EVER. Talk about a white-knuckle ride. (Click the Photos tab for a picture of Lenny & Mrs. Sleigh...)
- Art teacher Neal Glasgow ('67) has an alumni art show in the works... featured artists may include Fred Ashley ('48), Gary Kirk ('55), and Kevin Anderson ('75). Tentative date: August 31st through September 7th, to be held on campus. Definite time/date to follow!
- Don't be fooled! We are not sending emails to alumni asking them to pay a membership fee. Those are coming from "San Dieguito Alumni" at AlumniClass.com. We are a registered nonprofit and require no membership fees whatsoever.
