Fall Camp Registration

Registration is now open for Fall Camp!

The first half of camp will focus on conditioning (on the field) and weight training and will gradually incorporate field practices with games.  This is a 2 month camp.
Here are the details:
What:  Fall Baseball Camp
Where:  SDA field and Weight Room
When:  20-Sep – 21-Nov – 3:30 -5:30
Juniors/Seniors:  Mondays and Wednesdays
Freshmen/Sophomores:  Tuesdays and Thursdays

What’s next?  We will then have a Winter camp that will start after Thanksgiving break.  The camp will go up until the week before tryouts.

Mustang Fall Baseball

Here are the details and registration forms for The Mustang Fall Baseball program. We changed the start to Thursday, so there will be no conflict with Back-To-School night. Please visit the SDA Baseball table if you go.
 
This is program operated through the SDA Foundation as an out-of-season camp.
Start: Thurs. Sept 15, 2016
End:  Thurs. Dec 15, 2016
The cost of the Program is $150.00.
 
Please note that the SDA waiver, a copy of player’s AAU insurance with extended coverage and a check for this out-of-season program must be turned in before any player can participate. You can turn these items in with Megan in the Athletic office. Due to changes the District office has made to out of season programs we MUST have these items before any player can step on the field. I will also be at the field on Thurs Sept 15th to collect paperwork and checks and to make sure all players have these items before they can participate. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
 
The following items are Mandatory for participation:
  1. Each player must have a valid AAU membership with the Extended benefit option. We will need a copy of your valid membership number/card (page 3 of receipt). If you DO NOT have a membership card you can register at  http://www.playaaubaseball.com/join-aau.click on the JOIN AAU-Register today button. Login or create a new AAU account. You want to purchase the Youth baseball membership with the Extended (AB)  option for $16.00.
  2. Release and Waiver of Liability Must be printed signed and returned with
  3. Completed registration form and payment of $150. 
Please make your checks out to SDA Foundation and put Fall Baseball in the note section of your check.
Again Forms, Wavers, and Checks can be dropped off with Megan in the Athletics office, or given to me on the first day of camp.

Schedule: 2/16-2/22

We will have another field work day on Sunday Feb 21. Help us get field ready for the season.

Schedule for this week:

Basically Winter Ball is over, this week is an off week, but the field will be open.

Tues 2/16:
Field open from 3:10pm-4:30pm

Wednesday 2/17:
Field open from 3:15pm-5:00pm

Thursday 2/18:
Field open from 3:15pm-5:00pm

Friday 2/19:

Field Closed
Soccer and Basketball are home and its senior night! I’m hoping the boys can attend part of the soccer and basketball games to show support. I know the frosh tryout from 8:00am-10:00am but I do hope they can attend part of the games.

Saturday 2/20:
Tryouts:

Frosh 8:00am-10:00am
JV: 10:30am-12:30pm
Varsity: 1pm-4pm

 (Must have your BLUE Card to attend tryouts)

Monday 2/22
Final tryout day

All players to Varsity Field 3:30pm-6:00pm
