The Theatre Arts Council (TAC) is a group of parent volunteers supporting SDA Theatre. Please come share your enthusiasm for our amazing theatre program with other parents. We organize fun activities, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, banquets, and other theatrical events on behalf of both our acting and technical theatre students who all work together to bring drama to the stage! And yes, on show nights we sell those rubber ducks you’ve seen on graduation leis — an International Thespian Society tradition! 

We meet at 6pm the second Tuesday of each month (as holidays/show dates allow) in the SDA Student Services Conference Room. Each semester, one of the meetings is an interesting “Behind the Scenes” tour of the theatre and its backstage technical rooms: the sound booth, costume room, set construction facilities, lighting catwalk, and more. Please join us!
