When is the first day of practice for Cross Country?
The first day of school is always the first official day of practice. Meet at 3:30pm (don’t be late!) on the Track.

What should the kids bring to practice?
Bring water! And, make sure they have been cleared through the Athletic Clearance to start practicing with the team. A small snack like a banana or granola bar is also helpful to get them through dinner.

What should the kids wear to practice?
A good pair of running shoes! Running shorts and an athletic top.

Where can the kids change into their running clothes?
In the locker rooms at the gym.

When do we have meets?
Generally, meets are on Friday or Saturday.

How long is the Cross Country season?
The season officially runs from the first day of school through November. However, many kids run throughout the year and run distance for the Track season as well.
