Spring Musical: Mary Poppins

One of the most well-known musicals ever created, Mary Poppins comes to the SDA stage this spring! Winner of 44 theater awards, Mary Poppins has dazzled audiences for many years with its timeless songs and whimsical dance numbers.

As the show begins things are not going well for the Banks family. Jane and Michael are out of control, and are in desperate need of a new nanny. They want a kind and cheerful nanny, while Mr. Banks requires one who is strict and disciplined. Into the middle of this mess steps Mary Poppins, and the family finds that she is the solution to their problem. Come join SDA’s cast of Mary Poppins as they dance with statues in the park, visit magical shops, and learn a lesson or two about life!

The show runs May 28, 29, 30 and June 4, 5, 6 at 7:00 PM and May 30 at 2:00 PM in San Dieguito Academy’s Clayton E. Liggett Theater.
