June 2, 1909-Dec. 24, 2003 Elizabeth Whitehurst, 94, of Encinitas died Wednesday. She was born in Frederick, Okla., and was a nutritionist with San Dieguito High School.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary Kesling of Surprise, Ariz., and Nellie Hoyt of Fredonia, Ariz.; sister, Louise Sly of Halfway, Ore.; brothers, Barrett, Joe and Gene Smith of Ontario, Ore.; 13 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Services: 9 a.m. tomorrow, El Camino Encinitas Chapel, 340 Melrose Ave., Encinitas.
Interment: Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Oceanside.
