Appointments are available to help students in need of college essay work and the Writing Lab prioritizes helping students tell a strong story and make a compelling case for yourself in college applications. This is your chance to show colleges the authentic you and give them a glimpse of how life has shaped you!

pairs high-achieving students from low-income households with experienced college counselors – and it’s totally free.

Reality Changers College Apps Academy

a local program that pairs students with mentors to help them with applications; meet and connect with other college-bound students; financial aid awards available

Mexican-American Educational Guidance Association (MAEGA)

promotes education beyond high school for San Dieguito Union High School District students of Latino heritage by providing one year scholarships, which may be renewable if funds allow. Scholarships are awarded to deserving Latino high school seniors demonstrating financial need and who will be attending certified vocational schools, community colleges, and universities.
