We are delighted that your athlete has chosen to be part of the SDA Mustang Track and Field Team.
Voluntary donations: This year,the Track and Field program is asking for your support at the level of $150 per athlete as a voluntary, non-refundable donation which will support our athletes with the following:
• Equipment, tournament fees, awards, photos
• Uniforms and athlete’s practice shirt
• Stipends for additional event coaches – key for having the proper ratio of coach to athletes
Click here to donate online. Your contribution may be fully tax-deductible in that no goods or services of significant fair market value were received by you. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.
Transportation for Away Meets: Bus will be available for the teams to take to away meets. Parent can transport their student/member(s) of immediate household only (no other students permitted in other parents’ car). No forms are required to be submitted, but please communicate transportation arrangements directly with your coach
Student can transport themselves to contests (no other students permitted unless members of the immediate household), if they: 1. have a driver’s license 2. Submit a Use of Private Auto Form (see below) to Megan Thompson megan.thompson@sduhsd.net 2. submit a Field Trip Request form (see below) to Megan.
